Subscriptions allow individuals or schools to unlock full access to CurricuLLM. How you manage this depends on whether you’re using a personal account or a school account.
If You Already Have a License
- If your school or organisation has given you a license, you don’t need to do anything. Your access is already covered.
Individual Subscriptions
- As an individual, you can choose to upgrade to an Unlimited license.
- This removes usage limits and gives you access to extra AI features.
- To upgrade:
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Click the Subscription button.
- Select Upgrade under Unlimited.
- Follow the on-screen checkout steps.
School Subscriptions
- Schools can purchase licenses for staff, admins, and students.
- If your school is already signed up, the subscription page will show who the licensing administrator is. Speak to that person if you need extra licenses.
- If you are the first person to sign up your school, you will automatically become the licensing administrator. This means you can:
- Adjust how many licenses are allocated to staff, students, and admins.
- Manage upgrades as your school grows.
- Follow the on-screen checkout steps, once you have selected the quantity of licenses required.
- You can return to this screen to modify your licensing.
Cancelling a Subscription
- If you cancel your subscription, everyone in your school or account will immediately become unlicensed.
- You can cancel in two ways:
- On the Subscriptions screen, select the Cancel button.
- Or, go to Amend Payment Details and select Cancel.
Downloading Invoices
- You can download invoices for your records at any time.
- To do this:
- Go to the Subscriptions page.
- Click on Amend payment details and access invoices.
- Choose the invoice you need and download it.
